  BED & BREAKFAST ACCOMMODATION

Terms & conditions

1)       The room rate is £70 per room per night and includes continental breakfast, served in your room.

2)       No smoking allowed in any part of the buildings.

3)       Maximum occupation of 2 persons per room.

4)       The room rate is due for payment at the time of booking and includes a £30.00                non-refundable deposit.

5)       Cancellations of bookings will only be accepted up to 10 days prior to the booking date with a maximum refund of £40 per room per night.  No refund will be made after the 10^th day preceding the booking date.

6)       Guests are requested to book in between 2pm & 6pm and vacate their rooms by 10.00am on the day of their departure.

7)       Only the registered guests are allowed access to their rooms, access is strictly forbidden to all other persons.

8)       No pets of any type allowed.

  VINEYARD/BREWERY TOURS

Pre-arranged visits for groups of no less than 20 and no more than 40 persons
From April through September, weekday evenings.

Prices start at £5.00 per person - includes tour of the Vineyard and Brewery, plus tastings of a selection of the Vineyard's wines and beers.

Supper to follow the tour can be provided by the "Courtyard Cafe" at the Vineyard (price and menu on application from Joyce phone: 01206 381831)
