With careful grape selection, blending and processing Mersea Island Vineyard produces a number of wines, similar in character, but sufficiently different to provide a wine for most palates.
The grape varieties grown at Mersea Island Vineyard produce quality white wines which normally vary from dry to medium-dry.
All are full bodied and fruity with a floral aroma.
The typical alcohol content ranges from 11% to 14% by volume.

The characteristics of single vintage wines will vary slightly from year to year depending on the climate conditions during the growing season.
